Official rules of the giveaway

COOKIE MOUSE MONTHLY GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ORGANIZER
The promotional giveaway is organized by COOKIE MOUSE, S.L., with NIF B27599091 and registered office at Avenida de Europa 8, Portal 4, 1ºB, 41920 San Juan de Aznalfarache (Seville, Spain). Contact email: info@cookiemouse.com · Website: www.cookiemouse.com.

2. FREE ENTRY
Entry in the giveaway is completely free and is not conditional on the purchase of any product or the payment of any fee.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Individuals over 18 years of age with legal residence in Spain (the mainland and the Balearic Islands) or mainland France may enter. Each person may enter once for each monthly edition of the giveaway. Entries submitted via automated accounts, temporary email addresses, multiple identities, or false information will be automatically disqualified.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, users must enter their email address into the giveaway form on the COOKIE MOUSE website and expressly agree to receive marketing communications by email. If the participant later decides to unsubscribe from marketing communications, this will not invalidate their entry for the current month's giveaway, but their entry will not be valid for subsequent monthly editions.

5. GIVEAWAY PERIOD AND DATE
The giveaway is held monthly. All valid entries submitted from the first day of the month until 11:59 p.m. (Spanish mainland time) on the last day of that month will be eligible. The giveaway will be held within the first five (5) business days of the following month.

6. PRIZE AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS
The prize consists of one (1) official Cookie Mouse plush toy awarded by giveaway, with a market value of €59.90 (VAT included). Shipping of the prize will be completely free for the winner (shipped DDP / prepaid).

The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for its cash value or exchanged for other products.

7. SELECTION OF THE WINNER AND ALTERNATES
The winner will be selected randomly and transparently using the independent digital tool Random.org from all valid entries for the month. Two (2) alternates will also be selected at the same time, in order of selection.

8. NOTIFICATION AND DELIVERY TO THE WINNER
COOKIE MOUSE will notify the winner of the result by email sent to the address provided during registration. The winner will have seven (7) calendar days from the date the email is sent to respond and confirm their shipping details. If the winner does not respond within this period, waives the prize, or cannot be located, the right to the prize will pass to the first alternate according to the same procedure. With the winner's prior express consent, COOKIE MOUSE may publish their first name and the initial of their first surname (e.g., “María G., from Seville”) on its official channels and social media to ensure the transparency of the giveaway.

9. TAXATION AND DUTIES
COOKIE MOUSE, S.L. will assume full payment of the Tax on Random Combinations for Promotional Purposes (Form 685) payable under Spanish tax regulations. As the market value of the prize is less than €300, the delivery is not subject to withholding or payment on account of personal income tax (IRPF) or non-resident income tax (IRNR).

10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Data Controller: COOKIE MOUSE, S.L. (info@cookiemouse.com).
Purposes: To manage participation in the monthly giveaway, contact the winner, coordinate the delivery of the prize, and send marketing communications about COOKIE MOUSE products.
Legal Basis: The data subject's express consent when registering (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and Art. 7 LOPDGDD).
Retention: Data will be retained until the user requests to be removed from the mailing list.
Rights: The user may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in each email or exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by sending an email to info@cookiemouse.com. To verify identity, reasonable information may be requested without automatically requiring a full copy of the DNI/NIE. Users are also informed of their right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

11. ACCEPTANCE AND AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS
Participation in the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. COOKIE MOUSE, S.L. reserves the right to resolve any unforeseen circumstances or to amend the terms for justified reasons of force majeure, always publishing the updated version on this website.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers residing in mainland France, the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection regulations of their country of residence that are more favorable will apply preferentially.
